Refining and defining the approved criteria and specified components of the overall project is put into motion. The coordination of the entire team is brought together to provide progress and accountability to the scope of work and documents being provided.

The project architect will provide the agenda, the expectations and the responsibilities to be performed by each discipline. Collectively we will provide owner reviews at incremental times defined at the onset of the execution. During these weekly meetings we will utilize 3D modeling by bringing it into the project meetings to view and coordinate the progress.
